I’m pretty obsessed that the I AM meditations are only four minutes and they’re super easy to get you in a zone of clarity & some high vibes right before a workout (especially if fitness isn’t your favorite … yet!). I’m a sucker for a glass full of positivity in the morning, and often I will pick up an I AM affirmation card before a workout regardless of whether I am doing the Barre Blend Workout Program.
